Carousel Pendant Light

The Carousel light, inspired by the traditional fair ride, is made up of 16 horses (in 3 different repeated designs), supsended from a canopy.  It comprises 8 pieces of laser cut metal which bolt together to form a circular canopy, into which are slotted sixteen two-dimensional horses on poles.  At the centre of the light is an octagonal shaped structure which cages the lightbulb and around which the horses are circled.  

This vintage inspired light shade is fun, yet stylish and appeals to both children and adults.  Perfect for the bedroom and play room.

These products are handmade and therefore each one is an individual artwork.  They are British made and assembled by people, not machines.  As a result they may not be perfect in the way a mass produced object is, but the irregularities are not faults, they are symbols of each piece's uniqueness. 

With a single filament lightbulb, the shapes and shadows will be clearly defined upon the walls and ceiling or with other types of bulbs, a softer effect is achieved.
